张明简介

    1976年5月生人,黑龙江省依兰县人。2000年毕业于黑龙江省八一农垦大学农学专业,2003年毕业莱阳农学院作物遗传育种专业。2012-2015年间在首都师范大学攻读在职博士研究生,获得遗传学博士学历、学位。2018年2月晋升为正教授,2019年7月任农业与生物工程学院副院长。

近年来,主持山东省高等学校青创人才引育计划-应用生物技术创新团队平台项目1个(100万);作为子课题负责人,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目(31972446)基于抑花基因TFL1功能的牡丹连续开花分子调控机制研究1项(59万),负责赤霉素对连续开花牡丹的分子调控机理(5万);主持菏泽学院博士基金(XY16BS11)观赏牡丹花期调控分子机理研究1项(5万)、校级培育项目-牡丹盐胁迫生理生化机制研究1个(2万)和牡丹专项基金-海黄牡丹春、秋季花期发育及转录调控机制研究(2万)。科研平台方面,作为方向负责人,负责省科技厅-牡丹基因工程育种与应用技术研究中心、省发改委-牡丹遗传育种与应用技术工程实验室、山东省“十三五”高等学校重点实验室(生理、生化技术及应用)、菏泽市牡丹工程实验室等平台建设及牡丹生理与资源开发等研究工作。主要研究方向为海黄牡丹连续开花分子调控机理及赤霉素对海黄牡丹的分子调控机制。

近年来,以第一作者和通讯作者发表核心SCI期刊论文6篇,参与发表SCI期刊9篇,主持或参与国家专利4项,获得菏泽学院优秀科研成果奖三等奖2项, 菏泽市科研成果奖二等奖1项(第二位),2020年菏泽市科技进步奖二等奖1项(第二位)。
